This is my third time getting my eyebrows done by Farah. She remembers exactly how I like them to be done and has a very nice manner. If they are not dark enough, she always reapplys the dye to make sure I'm happy with it first. I got a pedicure done for the first time by Clara, who was amazing. It's been four weeks since I got it done and none have ripped or come off. Clara was great (and thorough) and I would definitely recommend!!

I feel bad writing this but the experience I had there has given me no choice. I arrived 15 mins early for my shellac removal and manicure. I was asked to pay upfront because when my treatment finished they would be really busy. I was skeptical at this and should have questioned it further, but I didn't and paid up. It was obvious from the moment I sat down the lady was unqualified! The removal of the shellac was using old tin-foil (unhygienic) and was extremely painful. The lighting in the salon is terrible so it was hard to see the job being done but I was left with sticky(not shiny) and lumpy nails. She hadn't gone to the edges and the finished product was terrible. It had also taken over an hour. I waited for the owner to finish with a client as the lady who was doing my nails spoke hardly any English and couldn't understand my frustrations. The owner took me into a back room as I think she expected me to complain. I showed her my nails and expressed how disappointed with them I was. It was very obvious the quality was extremely poor - she acknowledged this and told me "the lady (her employee) wasn't good at doing nails and she could do a better job so to come back another time and she would fix them". I explained this wasn't an option and would like a refund (as I would not have paid for the service had I not been forced to pay upfront). She told me refunds weren't part of her policy and she couldn't give me my money back as the products and lighting had been used!!!! I will not return to this place. It is extremely unprofessional and is not worth the cheap price!! There was hardly any colours to choose from either.

I'm not sure the first lady that attempted to do my nails was qualified, it was very rough. Luckily the manager took over when she arrived half way through.

I had a full leg wax and I am happy with the result. It is cheaper than most places in Hammersmith so good value. I do have a couple of patches of burnt/dry skin from the wax being ripped off at a bad angle which is the only negative comment I would make.
