Both the pedicure and brazilian wax were so badly done that I had to redo them at home. The wax has burnt my skin and she had cut my toenails jagged, all different shapes (apparently "you can't shape short nails, it's not my fault" according to the lady!) and with paint all over the toes!
When I complained about the pedicure, the lady who runs the place shouted at me that I thought I was better than them and she knew what a good pedicure was better than I did. She told me people like me couldn't be helped and that it wasn't her problem if I wasn't happy. She was shouting and running around the shop. Whilst I was there, another customer had come in about 30 minutes into my 1.5 hour appointment, she left as there was no one else there to do the service she wanted. When I left at the end, she said it was my fault she'd lost customers! Unfortunately I had paid in advance and she refused to give me a refund!!!

All wrong, first the timing, on this site they said the treatment last for 15 minutes, so I asked to add a eyelash tint as I have half hour to spend in total, well, the treatment i booked lasted 45 minutes plus 15 minutes more for the add treatment.
Then I told the lady I did this treatment before, and as I have very long eyelashes you have to use a big roll otherwise the end of the eyelashes will be torn, she said she knows what is doing and then, when it finished as I told the end of my eyelashes were all torn, I look weird now, curly eyelashes on the root and torn ends!
