Although in a commercial location the centre was lovely and peaceful and not what I had expected from outside. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. A lovely float, very clean and comfortable surroundings. I will be going again soon! Much more homely and relaxing than some other venues.

Experience itself was great. Total blackout, complete silence, water temperature is perfect, the pod was very easy to operate. The only negative is that it was impossible for me to relax the neck without having my eyes flooded with salty water. There is a floating head rest which can be used, which was very helpful.
The staff were great, but they came in to start cleaning as soon as we were done, while we were still dressing and drying hair. This is understandable, next people were waiting, but we felt very rushed - and this is despite the fact that we both left the pod 5min before the experience was to end. My partner was getting out of the shower when the lady walked in on him naked!
