Lovely, friendly staff. Floatation was interesting, I would go back. Lovely shower facilities and skin products to use post floatation.

It was not a relaxing experience because the water in the pod was so hot that it made my forehead constantly perspire. The sweat got in my eyes and I had to get out of the pod to dry them with a towel. The shower afterwards was also too hot and there was no means of regulating it. Come on guys, who installs showers without temperature controls? The receptionist was very pleasant but overall it was very disappointing and a waste of £50 and my time.
