Aside from not being seen until 15/20 mins after my appointment and not being offered a drink. It was a lovely and friendly atmosphere with the nail technicians and loved that she made suggestions of colour and decorative ideas.

My first time in a London salon, after not having anything done to my hair, I decided to get my hair cut in time for the new years. I had some layers done and a new fringe and it was quite a lovely experience. They listen really well and do their best without being asked. Marios is really attentive and would read my facial expressions and such as I am quite shy to verbalise. He even gave me some hair suggestions! Overall, great experience. Definitely coning back!

I was very satisfied with the treatment, and both the hair stylist and the waxing therapist were very professional.
However, my hair appointment was cancelled very last minute, and no great alternative was offered until I pushed for it. There was also some additional charge I didn’t expect or fully understand.
