I went in for highlights and cut in the style i always go for and love. I showed a picture of what i want but the hairdresser was insistant i went for something else. I felt really nervous for my hair and too shy to speak up. I paid in full on treatwell (£146) only to be charged (£156) after my session in the hairdressers making my whole new hair £302 for not even the style i want! When my hair was being done the hairdresser told me what he was going to do, ‘knew what was best for me’ but didnt discuss any pricing. Make sure when you go you make sure that what you paid on treatwell is matching the requirements. The hairdresser also tried to slip in a hair mask when i was paying without me noticing
