The reception staff were so lovely and helpful! The only downside was that the lady who did my nails had no idea how to file nails properly. My nails looked terrible and it took about 15 minutes to do whilst she was being quite rude. She was Ben complaining for a long time with her colleague about her manager which is not professional at all. The finished result is okay, but I think it would have been better if I had filed and shaped my nails myself, and then got the gels done there. I’m not sure I’ll be returning
