Very good pedicure. Other than the miscommunication on what a vegan pedi includes we can not fault the service and staff here.
Would definitely recommend putting in more details on the Treatwell app and just making sure all staff are aware as seems to be different information depending on who you ask.This obviously added a little downer to an enjoyable service on our anniversary morning as we initially left feeling really good but it’s ok.
Still would definitely recommend this salon

I experienced a really bad wax here. It felt like the beautician didn’t know what she was doing. She got the wax stuck on my legs and left a lot of hair. It’s already growing back as I think she stripped it rather than getting it from the root. I paid for a high bikini and she only took away a tiny bit of hair. Really disappointing. I’ve tried to get in touch with Live True customer care but no response.
