Lori was really friendly but she was rushing to get my hair done as we started 30 min later than my appointment. She suggested we go for a bob instead of a trim like I originally wanted, which was fine but because she rushed it my bob is not really even and it doesn’t look really great! I have come to live true a few times and always loved it before but I think this time my haircut looks worse than what I came in with!

Junee did a really great job on my nails. Only thing to note was that the 30 minute appointment started 20 minutes late -- not Junee's fault as earlier appointments had overrun, but I think the salon should have messaged me to let me know
