Travelled 40 minutes in a rush to get to the salon first thing in the morning and although I was running late for my appointment and apologised (and rang in advance to inform the salon) - I was told that was no issue but when I arrived I was informed the lady that does the waxing treatment hasn’t even arrived yet! and the next available appointment is nearly 3 hours later! It’s just unacceptable. If she hadn’t arrived yet I should have been informed ahead of time!
