Arrived at the appointment and was told by receptionist Sheree that they had double booked and that it was my fault for booking on Treatwell out of hours, then they told me they can't get hold of the other client so they would cancel my appointment which made no sense as I was at the venue and the other appointment wasn't due to start until 9:30, then she told me the stylist Irena just called in sick. None of the lies made any sense. Just apologise and offer a discount, it's not difficult.

I went there to have a gel mani e gel pedi before my holiday, and I felt so relaxed during the all experience.
My therapist was lovely and she did I really good job my manicure and pedicure still look perfect after more than 2 weeks.
I'll be back for sure :)
