I had to point out where there were still hairs, legs and underarms both area. The beautician was in a rush to finish with me, she wasn’t rude or anything, just felt like she couldn’t be bother. Overall the salon doesn’t look amazing, I would never spend full price for the service and the place.

Left without nails done, was approx 15 min late and was only offered removal (15 min) even though paid for 1 h. I felt staff were not accommodating, not a great experience. No refund offered.

Unpleasant place, was 15 min late on NYE, was offered removal only even though paid for removal and shellac manicure ( so should be approx 1h). Staff claimed they were very busy with no one in the salon. Last time my appointment was moved by 1h without any prior agreement. Bad customer treatment. No refund offered

I’ve been going to this salon for at least a year and usually get their flash sale blow dry as it’s reasonably priced ( around 28 pounds ) I have medium- thick hair was never charged extra or anything. Today the receptionist informs me that because my hair is thick they need to charge me an additional 15 pounds because it went over my time ? When I tried explaining to her this never occurs and I usually come here as I’ve been there more than at least 8 times she wasn’t having it and walked away.
