Colour was actually nice, but hair was left extremely brittle and dry. Service wasn't great. These salons give off impression of well oiled machine but the reality is a lot of transient and unhappy staff, whichis reflected in the service. Its extremely over priced for what you get

Sadly the stylist was running 45 mins late and there was no opportunity for a refund or discount. The earlier client offered to miss out on her full blow dry so I could be seen 20 mins earlier. Apart from that, the stylist was lovely and did a great job on my hair!
