I’m really disappointed in the service I received yesterday, it was unprofessional of the hair dresser to bring stress of his work to a customer, there was many passing comments made about the Salon which I won’t mention here. 10 mins late to the appointment, constantly complained about being overworked and not having time for a lunch which was uncomfortable for me to sit through. Although I was empathetic, it’s unprofessional. The blow dry was below average had to ask to curl using straightner

The hairdressing staff ignored me when I came in, so I had to walk through the venue and figure out who I was meant to be seeing. The therapist (not the one scheduled) was polite enough and quick to get started. However cleanliness in the room wasn't great, and she waxed me like she was de-fluffing a coat - too fast, merely broke my hairs/did not remove them from the root. I'm already nursing the ingrowns. Avoid - it was a flash sale booking, so I guess you get what you pay for! Worst ever
