My therapist was extremely inexperienced, not the type of level of service I have experienced in prior sessions. To name a few, the therapist did not understand what I meant by shaping my nails as square round (which is always done), therapist took almost an hour remove my gel and file my nails (which I confirmed I was getting via email), kept checking her phone, bubbles can be seen and the edges were rough which the therapist next to me had to fix. Will definitely not book the therapist again

She welcomed me with warmth and asked me if i needed anything before my treatment. She is kind and gentle with her treatment. Totally recommend her.
