I had just the worst haircut of my life at your Vauxhall branch I was booked with Kayleigh who greeted me but for some unexplained reason I was then passed to someone else. Whilst she was cutting my hair I could feel her hands shaking this was obviously a trainee to which I would have had no objection if I had been told this and paid accordingly with a senior person watching but this was not the case. I had to ask her to stop cutting my hair and it was a mess

Thank you so much to lovely Andrew who did my hair today! I am brunette with blonde balayage, and I was looking to return back to brunette. Andrew was really helpful and talked me through all the best options and explained every step of the process - which was so helpful! He listened to all my requests and I am so happy with the results. They are so much better than I could have hoped - thank you Andrew :)

Simona was amazing! Really detailed and thorough on both mani and pedi. My gel manicure was just as needed, not too thick and lasted for a good 3 weeks! She's amazing and will definitely visit again!

Enjoyed the experience of the salon and the last two times I’ve been there was great. Once I got home it was obvious the cut was wonky. I have a long bob which is straight and so it’s very obvious when it’s not perfect. Really sad about this :(
