i always a loyal client in this salon but this time i was not happy. I booked threading and waxing, threading with Pallavi and waxing with another therapist which made disappointed because i really wanted Pallavi to do my waxing as well but there was not any option to choose the therapist for waxing. So then the next day before my appointment in the morning i called the salon to inform them that i want both threading and waxing with Pallavi. The staff who picked up the phone agreed. When i arrived in the salon, they hadn’t changed anything about my booking that i wanted to change the therapist for my waxing. I told Pallavi then she finally sorted it out. The salon needs to improve the communication with their therapist. Other than that, i’m pleased with my threading and waxing results. Pallavi always done a great job. Threading was fantastic, my eyebrows were on point & faboulous. My hot wax hollywood waxing was painless, and quick. I was very nervous but she calmed me down. Thank you.

First time I came here I was a bit disappointed with my manicure because there was no cuticle removal, I couldn’t get a French and they only lasted about 4 days before peeling off for £30!! but I decided to try it again and was super happy my hands were well taken care of and cleaned up, I got a French manicure that’s lasted me over 2 weeks! So I think it depends on your manicurist here.
