The worst eyebrow experience ever!
I had explained how I wanted my eyebrows done.
The technician tidied my right upper brow and then arched the bottom, after which she explained that she would not be able to make the eyebrows similar.
I had hoped that the technical would have examined my brows before proceeding to thread however she went ahead and then could not correct her mistake.
I had to explain how I wanted the brows done and advised the tech how to even out the brows.
I kept pointing out the imperfections of the work, and explained what could be done to which the tech was very abrupt and snappy which I felt was unacceptable.
I left extremely disappointed with my experience, with eyebrows that looked poorly done and frustrated that the work done did not meet a high standard nor the price for the type of salon I visited.
I will never recommend this salon for eyebrows and I will never return.

It is a really big, busy salon with a nice atmosphere. Other than a little wait after my hair was washed & before I met with Pedro, the appointment was quick and easy. Pedro was friendly, chatty and he took time at the end to check that everything looked right, which I really appreciated.
