They didn’t have the colour I chose in stock but my manicurist showed me a couple other similar colours, and I still loved my nails in the end! She also gave me advice on keeping my cuticles healthy in between manicures and she painted my nails very close to the nail bed (in other salons they left a small gap which looked odd). Overall I had a really good experience; although they have limited colours to choose from, the customer service is great!

Great cut and blowdry from Myra, and the bounciness has survived two sleeps! As a relative colour newbie Myra is very good at explaining the colouring process and knows what she’s doing in application, process and aftercare.
