Two main issues with Live True. Firstly, the salon wasn’t clean. The brush used on me had someone else’s hair in it, the sinks were visibly dirty and there was hair everywhere. Secondly, they clearly don’t know how to do a QOD Brazilian blow dry. I’ve had this treatment many times and never had such bad results. The stylist rushed the straightening, missed the roots and washed too much product out. Very disappointing, especially given the price. I wouldn’t recommend it
