Not a great experience. We arrived with no real welcome and were told I should cancel the appointment as there wasn’t enough time to do the l trim. I said I was happy to cancel, but asked if they could do it from their side as I had already prepaid and would not receive a refund. I wish I had left them. Instead, we had a very rushed appointment and were in and out in 17 minutes with a subpar cut.
