After spending hours on research, I booked Joanna. It turned out that someone else cut my hair. I'm not a confrontational person and the lady who cut my hair was amazing, I'm just deeply disappointed that the salon didn't mention anything about this

I’ve been coming to her since last year, and she is truly a very knowledgeable stylist. My hair always looks healthy, shiny, and well cared for. She is attentive, kind, and genuinely cares about hair health. I highly recommend Sophia to anyone looking for a long-term stylist they can trust.

I bought a balayage voucher online and booked both the consultation and treatment through Treatwell with Sophia. This is my fourth time coming to her, and she is always so kind, professional, and knowledgeable. She takes extra time to make sure everything is done properly, and I always leave with exactly the results I wanted. My hair still feels very healthy after every visit. Sadly, the other stylists and reception staff are not very friendly, but Sophia is amazing.Highlight recommend .xx
