They were running a little late at the start of the appointment, and when they took me to my chair to begin, we had to wait again because there were no free basins; however, there were more in the salon, but they didn't seem to be in use. My appointment started about 15 minutes late, which isn't drastic, but I had another appointment, so I didn't want it to run longer than the original booking. The blow-dry was nice; I had a loose wave/curl put in. It fell out quickly.
