very unhappy with the results of my balyage, Joana did not allow me to show her the blonde I wanted so I was given a very dull and brassy blonde colour which makes my hair look dull and dirty. the grey hairs I specifically asked her to cover and she didn’t give me equal money pieces as requested. I hate my hair. After she blow dried it I told her I was unhappy, she didn’t listen or offer to fix she became argumentative and defensive. I will never use LTL again - poor customer service - AVOID.
