I booked a blowdry with Isabelle, who had amazing reviews. Was my first time. I immediately told I was booked with her but instead they send me an other stylist (without even letting me know, if I had not noticed the difference). After 20m wait, they assigned me an other stylist who seemed professional and very pleasant. I told I needed the blow-dry to last 24h as I had an event the following day. I asked for a bouncy and wavy hairstyle to last. It lasted 1 hour or less curly .. all flat down.
