I’ve been a loyal customer for 4 years but won’t return after my last visit. My appointment began 40 minutes late with no apology or drink offered. Reception was rude when I asked about the delay. Prices have risen a lot and some stylists make belittling comments about your hair. The experience feels rushed, often leaving you uncomfortable. After multiple chances, I’m done with unprofessional, overpriced and disappointing service.

Booked a last minute blow dry appointment for the price of £25, for a duration of 45 mins, out of multiple free available slots. I receive calls to go to there earlier,so the stylist has enough time. I go there 20 mins prior to my appt, as soon as she washes my hair and sats me down-she told me she would charge me more because I had extra thick hair? I refused to pay more and eventually she did the blow dry in agreed price. I booked this to relax- I felt frustrated instead.
