I had keratin treatment, highlights, cut and blow dry done with Sophia over different appointments, and I’m very happy every time. Sophia really understands my hair and always takes great care to achieve the best result. My hair feels healthier, looks shiny, and is much easier to manage. Really dissapointed. This was a treat for my daughter and myself for her 18th birthday. I didn't receive the conditioning treatment and both of us felt rushed for other clients who were having balayage etc. It certainly didn't feel like 45 mins each more like 25 at most. Would not recommend
