I had my haircut done by André and he was absolutely amazing! He was super friendly, easy to chat with, and really listened to what I wanted. He cut and layered my hair perfectly, exactly how I asked for it, and the blowout was gorgeous.

Unfortunately this was the worst balayage experience I’ve ever had :( the stylist didn’t listen to what I wanted - and this was clear in the end result. I came out with darker hair than my natural colour, despite wanting a lighter balayage
