I very nearly cancelled this appointment. I have never been so grateful that I decided to go ahead. I not only have a beautiful T-section of highlights (which looks like way more) and a lovely haircut, the nicest I've ever had but Claudia made sure my salon experience was superb. I feel totally pampered and happy. She is not only a great hairdresser but a great person too.

Not my 1st time at this salon, however it was my 1st time booking via Treatwell. In my opinion you get a much nicer experience if you book directly with LTL. The hairdresser i booked was running behind so i had to settle for some1 else. Normally i get asked for my 🧥&🎒🌂cloakroom), this time i had to carry everything to the chair myself. The hairdresser was trying to convience me to pay for 2 toners, i always pay for 1 (overselling?) Good cut but she chopped a lot more than agreed.
