When I turned up for the appointment tient they said no one was actually available. Said I could only get a refund through Treatwell, Treatwell haven’t yet replied - i can’t get any answer through the app - so I’m £50 poorer with no haircut

The female stylist I specifically booked had called in sick and so I got my cut by male stylist Alfie. Possibly one of the worst haircuts I’ve ever had. Rough cold hair wash, towel fell off my head and stylist didn’t bother to fix this leaving my wet hair on my top. I asked for long face framing layers and got the most uneven SHORT front layer. Some strands are so short and look so choppy. When I asked the stylist about this, I got told in a patronising way this was just ‘feathering’. AVOID
