Haidresser was very nice and patient.
But got charged an additional £100 on top of the £130 I had already paid. Reason was that I have a lot of hair and it's quite thick so I got charge twice for toner + for extra time.
That should have been mentioned when I came for my patch test or I should have been given a proper quote when I arrived at the salon. I don't think people with thin hair pay less if they take this deal so it doesn't seem fair.
Very disappointed!

I very nearly cancelled this appointment. I have never been so grateful that I decided to go ahead. I not only have a beautiful T-section of highlights (which looks like way more) and a lovely haircut, the nicest I've ever had but Claudia made sure my salon experience was superb. I feel totally pampered and happy. She is not only a great hairdresser but a great person too.
