Have been a couple of times before however the stylist I previously used has left. I booked with a designer as I wanted to make sure I wouldn’t have any issues, got face framing and toner which were awful, so so bad. I am really not one to complain but I called to ask if I could get it fixed as it was not a money piece and these random highlights that were yellow literally on the front of my head, they told me to send photos to an email which they never even replied so I am now left with these awful yellow highlights at the front of my head. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

My hairdresser and Balayage were excellent, the girls who work here always seem great. absolutely no complaints there.
But I am so disappointed with Live True as a company. This is the third time in a row that my original appointment was cancelled at short notice. I would just have booked somewhere else if I had known! Shame on me for not learning my lesson the first two times I guess.
I won’t use Live True again.
