My haircut was cancelled upon arrival at the salon despite booking in advance and receipt of two confirmation messages. There was no compensation or alternative haircut offered. Very poor.

I had Full head highlights with Charlotte after 6 months not retouching my (very) highlighted hair and the results were great! Fairy hands, quick, and she's was lovely! Thank you!!

Left the salon so unhappy with my hair, I went straight to another salon to fix it. She did not do what I'd asked even when I asked her to fix it.
