I’ve provided feedback directly to the salons’ customer care. I had a really poor experience as I didn’t see Flora (even though I had booked with her); the person who cut my hair didn’t introduce themselves; proceed not to speak to me after abruptly asking what I wanted and I just felt incredibly uncomfortable as it just felt like an absolutely ‘no frills’ kind of place.
The salon itself is trendy and I think the cut is probably ok but service let’s it down!
Natasha never turned up to my appointment. I received a call from the receptionist just 45mins before to say Natasha is running late so unfortunately my appointment had to be cancelled. This was incredibly disappointing to hear, it completely disrupted my day.
Natasha has proven to be unreliable.
Just to confirm, this review isn’t actually about Maddy, the lady that I originally booked in for. I ended up having a stylist who didn’t give me what I asked for. I asked for a bouncy blowdry, there was absolutely nothing bouncy about my hair.
I asked for a roller to be put in the front section so that my fringe had more volume, I was told that there weren’t any rollers available. Eventually he managed to get hold of a roller, but just put it straight into cold hair, not heated.
