Stylist was absolutely lovely and did a really great job but venue was shabby and atmosphere wasn’t good. Paint was literally falling off the wall into the brush she used for me. And the whole place seemed rushed and chaotic

Despite booking for Melissa, I got a different hairstylist on the day. Luckily, Ruben was absolutely amazing, took the time to get to know my hair condition and background. He was super professional and friendly, he made me feel very comfortable and helped fix a previous bad haircut. He made some amazing recommendations while being considerate of my own preferences. Also gave me an amazing blow dry, super voluminous and bouncy. I would HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend Ruben, a true professional.
