Maddy was not available so someone called Natalie cut my hair. She emphasised that she is at a higher level of hair styling but unfortunately I wasn’t impressed. I asked for minimal long layers but instead I got lots of choppy ones which has left my hair looking short. I felt that overall the cutting and styling was done roughly, I think was uncomfortable and did not have a relaxing experience. Natalie did give some good styling tips but next time I’ll be sure to see my usual stylist.
