It's my second time going to Charlotte at Live True in Soho for balayage and haircut and I am once more blown away by her skills! In Charlotte's expert hands, my hair has never looked better. I got a beautiful blonde balayage with curtain bangs and she guided me through the right choice of colour and length to best suit and frame my face. For years I have been searching for a hairdresser that really gets me, and I'm so pleased that I found Charlotte ❤️

Viviane did an amazing job with my hair. She explained everything in detail and is so sweet and polite! I would definitely go back to her to get hair my coloured, she really lightened my hair to how I wanted it to be like! Some reviews here talk about the sudden price charges but just ask and the receptionist will break it down for you and Viviane also made me aware of any extras that may be needed.

Stylist was nice, but haircut wasn’t good. Much more was cut off than we agreed and it was cut unevenly so it looks messy and unkempt. There are straggly bits that are much longer than other bits, I don’t think the stylist checked the lengths properly before curling it.
