I have been there before and liked the salon and the staff. When I went to leave first they tried to charge me for service again, even though I had paid via Treatwell, Then they charged me as much again for toner and Olaplex. I paid for root shadow but they said they had run out of the colour. Stylist blow dried the most delicate part of the front of my hair straight which causes it permanent damage - I had asked him not to at last 3 times but he implied I was wrong for not liking blow dry.

They add other services on to your bill without explaining the cost. Blowdry is not included in the balayage. Also stylist did not do a good job at what I had asked for.
