My first appointment wasn’t in the system when i arrived so had to rebook for 2 days later which was a massive pain but Yasmin was great, understood what i wanted and gave helpful suggestions and advice. She was really fun and I was laughing the whole time, although my gloss came out darker than anticipated I didn’t mind!
