Been to the Vauxhall salon a few times and won’t go back as the customer service isn’t what I’m looking for. Soho team were superstars. Thank you for a brilliant experience and for the gorgeous hair!

I was given a different hairdresser to the one I asked for. My haircut was quite disappointing as I asked for long layers in my hair and even showed a picture, my hairdresser didn’t seem to listen and instead gave me short unblended layers instead.
