Turned up for my appointment for them to tell me I had no appointment. The stylist I had booked had been sent to another salon and no one bothered to let me know.The reception helped by fitting me in but I had to wait 45 minute.

I think it’s little overpriced. A T-section of highlights and a blow dry came to £260, that is exceptionally poor value for money. £110 of the total came as a surprise hidden fee for “olaplex and toner”. It‘s a shame as the stylist seemed lovely.
