AVOID. My hair looks nothing like what i requested or the pics i showed. Wanted a cool darkish brown ended up copper and blonde and have my natural black hair showing, look like a clown. Stylist was LOVELY but made the wrong decision, management team are DISGUSTING. The stylist is free all Sunday to fix my hair but they want to save time slots for POTENTIAL customers & £, invited me to fix mid week when i'm going on HOLIDAY?! Chased all day but are avoiding me, no shame or respect for customers!
