I had someone else than who I booked.
Very disappointing, I didn’t leave with the balayage I asked for, so had to return the next day for a correction; which I was charged for. Despite showing inspo pics, she didn’t listen and ended up doing her own thing and I got talked out of it when raising concern. The next day, we actually spoke through the process (wasn’t the case initially) and got much closer to the desired colour but still not right. I used to love LT but wouldn’t recommend anymore.

the salon was bright and clean, and hannah super nice. I’d have loved a longer appointment as I felt it was pretty quick and the blow dry didn’t last as long as I’d have wanted to unfortunately - by later that evening there was no sign of the bouncy waves I had got, which was a shame. the experience was overall positive so I’m willing to go back.
