Booked my appointment at Live True Soho for 9:30am through treatwell. I arrived at the salon only to find it closed and someone called me at 9:45am saying the stylist isnt coming so they will have to reschedule my appointment to another time. I really wanted to get my hair done so I booked it for 12:45pm later in the day. Very ill-managed and unfriendly staff. My hair was done by vivianne, who was pretty good at what she does. Apart from that, the whole experience with the salon was terrible
