Not a blowout blow dry. Hairdresser on the phone to her son in Jamaica whilst doing my hair. Told her I want lots of curls and bouncy blow out. Got a few limp curls. So disappointed.

I have hair that tangles easily but whenever I go to this specific branch of LTL my hair never tangles and they manage to cut and dry it in 45 mins which is unheard of for my hair.

There was a bit of struggling to curl my hair in the end. Layers were cut with no sectioning so the cut didn't make sense down the line. Hannah was nice however, I could tell she tried.
