Very happy with the haircut and the hydration treatment has definitely rescued my dry hair! Tess was lovely but a little distracted. I was also sat waiting, ignored, for over 25 mins for my appointment, which eventually started 30 mins late. No hint of an apoligy or thank you for waiting. It was 50 minutes before I was offered any kind of refreshment and an hour after I’d arrived that a luke warm instant coffee arrived. Not even a hint of a head massage either sadly. Ok hair, meh experience.

Unfortunately my stylist wasn’t available on the day due to sickness and they had to move my appointment time (and no one answered the phone even after I called about 20 times which was frustrating, I had to call one of their other salons and ask them to help!!) but they managed to fit me in in the end
