Hairdresser didn’t follow instructions. Took two years to grow hair and she chopped it all off even after showing her a photo of exactly the length and shape needed, just needed a trim.

A lovely experience with Sophia again :)
She really makes the effort to make you feel welcome, listen to exactly what you would like and executes effortlessly. My tone and cut are both perfect and my hair feels healthier than ever. She’s very experienced and passionate. Would highly recommend and of course will be back :)
