I arrived and was asked if I specifically wanted Vivienne or someone else would be okay (not given a reason), I said it would be okay - my mistake. Jatin cut my hair instead - he spent 10 minutes cutting my hair and then 25 minutes absolutely frying it. I asked for long layers but he did a single length trim. I didn’t even realise he wouldn’t be doing any more trimming or styling until he started blow drying my hair. I was speechless, left with hair almost exactly as I arrived but burnt ends.
