Appointment got moved due to staff absence, then moved again on day it was rescheduled for, to a later time. On the phone I was offered ‘Andrei’ and went with him as I had previously seen good reviews. However, when I arrived, there was some confusion and I had a different Andre/i. The blowdry wasn’t quite what I wanted. Ironically I asked for volume and for blowdry to last the next day, and 4 hours later my hair has absolutely no volume and the curls have dropped out (though stylist was nice).
