I didn't have Chris because there was a mistake on the booking system, but couldn't skip that step.
My hair was cut by Mika, and she was great.
However, I went with a friend, whom I'd recommended and who was charged an extra £30 on top of what she'd already paid because she has long hair, which felt a bit excessive.
