Disappointed by this experience. For some reason they washed my hair before the hairdresser even took a look st my dry hair and asked me what I wanted. The hair wash was probably the worst I ever had. When I met the woman who cut my hair she was friendly but barely took any time to ask me what I wanted to get done.
