Having had the same stylist for around 20 years I was slightly nervous at letting someone else do my hair (I’ve moved 55 miles) but I needn’t have worried.
Ludovic ensured he knew exactly what I wanted and told me every step of the cut what he intended to do just to ensure I was happy.
The wash and head massage was SOOOO good and the cut and finish were perfect. I shall definitely be returning from now on.
The salon itself is beautiful and the only thing I could recommend is the stylist inform the client that, should they hear any sudden loud bangs (which they will), it’s just the train overhead. It sounds like rapid gunfire which could possibly be a trigger for someone suffering from PTSD.
Otherwise I can not fault anything. Perfect service.
