My hairdresser (Mae?) was excellent and hair is great. Only downside was that the salon was very busy so quite messy and untidy.

I asked for a natural brown balayage and have bright red instead. I've called the salon several times to ask them to rectify the problem but keep getting told I cannot speak to a manager, as there isn't one and their complaint system doesn't work like that. It seems strange that there's not a manager on site?? I've emailed Live True twice and still not been given a date to fix it. Avoid this salon. It's gone downhill. You pay an extortionate amount to receive a poor job and poor customer service.
